1. Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, no payment is required during the trial period. You may cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing in your dashboard, or by emailing hello@arushlabs.com. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refunds
- Charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, billing bug) — full refund once verified.
- Cancelled within 7 days of a first-time payment and before meaningful use of paid features — refund considered on request.
- Cancelled after 7 days, or after substantial usage of paid AI/automation features — no refund for the current billing period, but you keep access until it ends.
- Setup, onboarding or custom-development fees for bespoke work are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@arushlabs.com with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days and, where approved, process refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider — most billing issues can be resolved faster directly with our team.
