1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do with Arush Labs Services, in particular Arush Automation's WhatsApp, AI and automation features.
2. Prohibited Uses
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam), or messaging contacts who have not opted in, in violation of WhatsApp/Meta commerce & messaging policies.
- Using the Services for phishing, fraud, malware distribution, or impersonation.
- Uploading content to Business Brain or the AI Agent that is illegal, hateful, or infringes third-party intellectual property.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Services or other customers' data.
- Using the Services to harass, threaten, or discriminate against any individual or group.
- Reselling or sublicensing access to the Services without our written consent.
3. WhatsApp & Third-Party Platform Compliance
Because Arush Automation connects to the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, you must also comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Meta's Commerce Policies. Repeated violations that risk your WhatsApp Business number being restricted may result in suspension of your Arush Automation account.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach this AUP, with or without notice depending on severity, in order to protect other users and the integrity of the platform.
